Bought by co-founder Mandeep, as a mascot for the Hope to Connect journey, the Hope Car represents more than just a way to get from A to B… it’s a moving symbol of connection, courage, and community.
The story of “Hope” began when Mandeep was simply looking for a car… and then she found the one. A tiny, neon yellow Smart Roadster that was completely impractical - but utterly adorable.
It was instant love. And in that moment, she knew this wasn’t just a car… it was the perfect chariot to help raise awareness for something much bigger.
When Mandeep shared her vision for the Hope Car, something incredible happened. Ross, the seller and car body repair specialist, was deeply moved. He shared the story of his mum’s battle with breast cancer, which sadly spread to her brain. It’s a journey that stayed close to his heart, and without hesitation, he offered to transform the car, repainting it a bold, beautiful hot pink, to help spread the message of hope throughout the community.
And just like that, the Hope Car became more than a mascot. It became a collaboration. A shared mission. A tribute.
